APTCP Social Event for Members and Non-Members!

Please join APTCP for a fun and educational Social Event on July 14! We will have private tours of recently restored and adaptively reused historic buildings in downtown Des Moines, then drinks and dinner for the attendees to socialize and get to know each other better! If you are only able to join us for part of the events that is fine.

2:00 - 3:45 Tour the American Enterprise Group's Headquarters. The building was designed by Gordon Bunshaft with SOM and completed in 1964.  Resent renovations were completed by the architecture firm BNIM and the General Contractor Ryan Companies, Baker Group and Baker Electric, and Design Engineers. Meet at the main entrance, 601 6th Ave., Des Moines, IA 50309

4:15 to 5:00 - Tour the historic City Hall.  Bring your hard hat and safety glasses! Meet at the main entrance, 400 Robert D. Ray Dr., Des Moines, IA 50309.

5:30 to 7:30 - Drinks and dinner* at Magnolia Wine Kitchen, located across from the downtown sculpture garden.
